  GCH Consultancy offers an easy to use, robust, flexible and complete complaint management system for all businesses.  The Complaint system provides all the functionality and features required to track, monitor, analyze and respond to resolve consumer complaints and turn them into a positive.

It includes multiple account features enabling it to be used for multiple companies/departments/depots and multiple complainers tracking.

History of The Complaint System

Complaint was originally developed by Optima Information Systems whilst Glenn Hammond was a director of the company. Since then GCH Consultancy Ltd has acquired the rights to the system, and is now the first point of contact for customer with enquiries and support requests.

A free evaluation copy is available from the download page. This is fully functional for 25 days and will enable you to record up to 25 complaints
