The PCG was formed following the introduction of the controversial new tax IR35. This has proved to be a hindrance to all small IT companies. GCH Consultancy Ltd recognised the potential problems this would cause and was one of the early members. It also provides for a great deal of on-line expertise via their on-line forums, as well as a place to find experienced personnel for a project from the 14000 membership of IT professionals.
