Complaint Management Evaluation

You can download a fully functional single user copy of the system. It restricts you to entering a maximum of 25 complaints, and is time limited for 25 days. After that time you can purchase a license key which can be used to unlock the system so that you do not lose any of the work you have done.
Click here to Download. Download the zip file, extract it to a temporary directory and then run the installr.exe file. First select server and install the database, the select the client install to install the client. Once installed use the default user and password to login:
Username: manager
Password: theboss
This also contains the latest version of the Complaint Management System. Download the zip file and do the client install as described above.

Complaint Batch Print Update

This update contains the additions required to allow the batch printing of letters and the exporting of overdue actions report. Unzip the file and run the workstatupdt.EXE program. It will ask you for the CCWIN directory which you should browse to.
