History of The Complaint System
Complaint was originally developed by Optima Information Systems whilst Glenn Hammond was a director of the company. Since then GCH Consultancy Ltd has acquired the rights to the system, and is now the first point of contact for customer with enquiries and support requests. A free evaluation copy is available from the download page. This is fully functional for 25 days and will enable you to record up to 25 complaints.
